Before starting the onboarding process, please take a moment to make sure you have everything you need:

  • Access to the welcome email sent to you with your onboarding information

  • Your UCB or personal laptop nearby

  • A smartphone available

  • About 30 minutes is required to complete the process

Based on your profile and the equipment you use, the experience will automatically adapt to you. During this process, you will:

  • Set your UCB password and configure the MFA authentication methods

  • Prepare your access environment

  • Make sure everything is ready for your first working days

Some steps require contacting the MyIT Service Desk. Just follow the instructions on screen and complete each step in the order shown — the website will guide you all the way.
