As an external worker, you will use your own smartphone and laptop to access the UCB environment. To keep UCB systems secure, a few setup steps are required before you can start working.

Before you begin
Please make sure you have:
Your smartphone with internet access
Your laptop
Access to the welcome email you received
About 30 uninterrupted minutes
Keep your smartphone nearby — you will need it several times during the setup.
