Change your initial password

You may need to use a personal laptop or mobile device to complete the initial access steps. This is only required until your corporate laptop is ready and access has been fully set up.

How to change your password

  1. Open a browser on your mobile

  2. Go to the password reset page http://passwordreset.ucb.com/

  3. Enter your:

    1. Your UCB email address

    2. Captcha verification code on screen

  4. Select “I forgot my password” and tap next.

  5. Choose to “approve notification in my Authenticator App”

  6. Approve the request via the Authenticator app

  7. Create and confirm a new password

Your account is now fully activated.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum length: At least 10 characters

  • Character complexity:

    • At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)

    • At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)

    • At least 1 number (0–9)

    • At least 1 special character (e.g., ! @ # $ % ^ & *)

  • Easily guessable passwords will be rejected (for example: “Password!123”)
