Set your initial password

How to set your initial password

  1. Open a browser on your UCB mobile device

  2. Go to the password reset page (https://passwordreset.ucb.com)

  3. Enter your:

    1. Your UCB email address

    2. Captcha verification code on screen

  4. Select “I forgot my password” and tap next.

  5. Choose to “approve notification in my Authenticator App”

  6. Approve the request on your UCB smartphone

  7. Create and confirm a new password

Your account is now activated.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum length: At least 10 characters

  • Character complexity:

    • At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)

    • At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)

    • At least 1 number (0–9)

    • At least 1 special character (e.g., ! @ # $ % ^ & *)

  • Easily guessable passwords will be rejected (for example: “Password!123”)
