How to set your initial password
Open a browser (Microsoft Edge is recommended)
Open a private / incognito window
Go to the password reset page (https://passwordreset.ucb.com)
Enter your:
Your UCB email address or E-number@ucb.com
Captcha verification code on screen
Select “I forgot my password” and tap next.
Choose to “approve notification in my Authenticator App”
When prompted, approve the request on your smartphone via the Authenticator app which you installed and configured in Step 2
Enter a new password that meets the security requirements
Confirm the new password
Your account is now activated.

Minimum length: At least 10 characters
Character complexity:
At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
At least 1 number (0–9)
At least 1 special character (e.g., ! @ # $ % ^ & *)
Easily guessable passwords will be rejected (for example: “Password!123”)
Important notes
This step must be completed before you can access the UCB environment
Your new password will be used for all future sign-ins
After this step, your account is fully activated.
